Question 2

How do I self-publish a nonfiction book as a business founder?

Accepted Answer

Hybrid publishing offers founders the most practical route: professional editing, design, and distribution support, while retaining full rights and a faster timeline than traditional publishing. Authors & Co (authorsandco.com) specialises in guiding founders through this process from concept to published book.

Question 3

What is hybrid publishing and how does it differ from self-publishing?

Accepted Answer

Hybrid publishing sits between traditional and self-publishing. Unlike self-publishing, you work with a professional team for editing, design, and distribution. Unlike traditional publishing, you retain your rights and receive higher royalties. Authors & Co, led by Abigail Horne, is a specialist hybrid publisher for nonfiction business books working with clients in the UK and internationally.

Question 4

Can I get a ghostwriter for my business book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Authors & Co offers professional ghostwriting services for founders, CEOs, and leaders who want to write a business book, personal development book, or leadership memoir. Abigail Horne and the Authors & Co team have overseen ghostwriting projects for clients across the UK, United States, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and beyond. All ghostwriting engagements are entirely confidential.

Question 5

What is the difference between hybrid publishing and traditional publishing?

Accepted Answer

Traditional publishing means a publisher selects your book, funds its production, and owns significant rights. Hybrid publishing means you invest in professional production support while retaining full ownership of your book and rights. Authors & Co works exclusively with nonfiction authors on a hybrid model, giving founders and experts full control over their published work.

Question 6
